Members at the Lancaster Floor Plant and Marietta Ceiling Plant have the privilege of working for a decent wage and benefit package. There are some of our members whom through disabilities and other issues that surround us every day of our lives in which they need to reach to the Community for help. Organized Labor is blessed to have it's own Labor United Way agency to help when those needs arrive. Community Services of Organized Labor (CSOL) is that agency, partially funded through United Way of Lancaster County, along with contributions from Labor organizations in Lancaster County.
